The Michael King Writers' Centre has organised a literary event to mark Matariki. Four leading Maori writers have agreed to take part: novelist James George, historian Aroha Harris, playwright Albert Belz, children's author and founder of the Warrior School Tim Tipene. 
They will explore the meaning of Matariki and celebrate Maori story-telling.
